We continue to invest in the automation of revamping old containers, metallic components treatment, rustproof treatment, insulation treatment, and fireproof treatment, to name but a few.
Once the frames are ready for process, they go to labelling to specify framing requirements, and are then set for installation of panels, walls, insulating, sound proofing and more.
Our rigorous processing standard allows our quality-control team to thoroughly evaluate each stage of the process before rolling to the next.
BelModular engineer and designer team overlooks the progress and assembly protocols as per each project’s final delivery product.
One all has been installed – bathrooms, kitchen, inner walls, flooring, electrical, central air-system etc., a test of all integrated component is made, and a certificate of quality control and conformity is issued. This is done for EVERY unit of EVERY project.
The last step is the preparation of packing for each module with factory safety measures in place for use in for road and sea and rail transport to the destination where the next team will unpack the units and complete another inspection before erection begins.
