This project was initially designed as a traditional residential project on a large plot of exclusive land on the beach side.
Due to the COVID crisis, investors and promoters where less enthusiastic about investing further money into this project. All infrastructure was in place. This meant that a new approach was needed to save the project and to use the monies which had already been invested. The proposal to use modular technology provide by our team was selected due to its simplicity in deployment, and our ability to deliver withing the offered budget, with better quality finishing, and do this in about one third of the time allocated.
Delivery was handed-over within 2 months as all services – electrical, sewage plumbing, internet – were already ready for connection to our units.
A great job was done by the local team assisting us with this fast and efficient deployment. With the beauty and efficiency of this project we already have a few promoters looking at adopting the same approach and using a similar design.
