Typically, once the site has been identified and engineers have made all necessary assessments, and foundation or basement completed, electromechanically equipment – including all systems that support hotel operations – are delivered and installed, after which our modular units are plug-and-play assembled thereon.

All hotels, as per Canadian requirements, have spacious lobbies with access for those with reduced mobility. All hotel designs have elevators, cafeterias, laundry rooms, business center space, and if so desired, SPA, and pool areas. Our quality materials exceed noise insultation requirements.
Many amenities can be added if requested. Unlike others, we offer fully equipped rooms including partially to fully furnished Hotel.

Erection on site takes on average only 4 to 6 weeks to complete, a huge time reduction over the more-than-a year required to erect Hotels with traditional construction techniques.
